Introduction
The social phenomenon of girls prefering assholes over nice guys will be studied in this make-shift research paper. This research paper is not for sale or for free use for any reason. The thesis and hypothesis of this research paper was stated in an earlier post, so please refer to older entries. And as Fall Out Boy would say,”You’re just the girl all the boys wanna dance with and I’m just the boy who’s had too many chances.”
Background of the problem
The problem of this phenomenon is girls simply do not enjoy the exclusive company of nice guys but rather enjoy the exclusive company of boys/men who reach the standards of an asshole/jerk. There are normally several cases to this phenomenon, however I will state the most personal and relevant cases here:
- The girl has knowledge of the boy/man already being an asshole and views it as a conquest of hope for the boy/man changing their ways for the girl and becoming a nice guy(this is normally not the case).
- The girl has no knowledge of the boy/man being an asshole and perhaps later on in the relationship will reveal his true characteristics.
- The girl has no knowledge of the boy/man being an asshole and will never discover this truth, as he keeps this characteristics of being an asshole in other social circles that the girl normally has no contact with at all.
- The girl is fooled by the asshole as what would come off as confidence which would seem as good qualities but will progressively escalate into bad qualities such as overprotectiveness and paranoia.
Significance of the problem
With the majority of girls having assholes as boyfriends, it is assumed that the girl will want this relationship to lead to something serious, with the ideal life(family, white picket fence, a dog named Spot and etc conformists goals) that they dream of, which would mean that they would love to have a family with the person that they are with, which would imply the asshole/boyfriend.
If this phenomenon continues, it could lead to an entire generation fathered by asshole/jerks and thus a shortage of nice guys and the eventual extinction.

Hypothesis and Thesis(For the sake of following the correct format)
Hypothesis: Girls like assholes, thus assholes always have girlfriend or is always in the process of getting “some”.
Hypothesis 2: ACB has never had a girlfriend or ever gotten “some” because he is a nice guy.
Thesis: ACB will never get a girlfriend or get “some” because he is not an asshole.
P.S. I know everything is not proper, even the stating of the thesis and the hypothesis statements but whatever!
